Pigment Red 48:4 affords sightly bluish red shades and exhibits more light or durability fastness than other PR48 types. It provides satisfactory fastness to overcoating and weakness fast to solvent. Can be used for various coatings, inks and plastics.
1. Coatings: used for oven and air drying systems paints, it’s full deep shades even used for automobile refinishes.
2. Plastics: it’s do not bloom in plasticized PVC, normally used for PE, PVC, PVC cables, also used for mass colored secondary acetate threads, fibers, and films where it meets the requirements for application.
3. Inks: used for letterpress, packaging gravure printing and flexographic inks.
